Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Pulaski County, Arkansas: 2619 S. Commerce Road, Little Rock, Arkansas Property Description: Lot 5, Block 4, Peterfer’s Addition To the City of Little Rock Pulaski County, Arkansas, Parcel #34L2490001900, 8600 Community Road, Little Rock, Arkansas Property Description: Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 32, Township 1 North, range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: Commending at the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 32; run thence East 640 feet; thence run North 920 feet to the point of beginning; thence run West 140 feet; thence run North 60 feet; thence run South along the said West line 60 feet to the point of beginning, now in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, Parcel #4320007800
The properties described herein were conveyed to JACKSON AND SEIBEL REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS, LLC VIA Limited Warranty Deeds, and/or Correction Warranty Deeds, if any, issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Commissioner of State Lands, State of Arkansas under the provisions of Act 626 of 1983, as amended, after the properties remained unredeemed following expiration of the time required by law. The last person, firm or corporation assessed to pay taxes on the above-described real property was Lawrence White, et al. All persons, firms, corporations, or improvement districts that can set up any right to the real property conveyed and forfeited is hereby notified to appear herein, asserting his/her/its title or interest in said properties and to show cause as to why the title to the property should not be confirmed, quieted and vested in Plaintiff herein, in fee simple.
