NOTICE OF QUIET TITLE ACTION
Notice is hereby given that a Complaint has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet title in and to the following described properties in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
Tract 1: Lot 17, Pine Lane East, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast (SE) corner of the Northwest (NW1/4) of Section 36, Township 1 South, Range 12 West, thence proceed West 435.6 feet, for the point of beginning, thence South 500 feet to a point, thence East 469.28 feet to the point of beginning, and subject to 300 foot AP&L Transmission Line Easement running Southwest (SW) to Northeast (NE) across the North three-fourths of the property, subject to all other easements of plat or record.
Tract 2: Lot #16, Pine Lane East Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section 36, Township 1 South, Range 12 West for a point of beginning; thence West 435.6 feet to a point; thence South 500 feet to a point; thence East 435.6 feet to a point; thence North 500 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to a 300-foot AP&L Transmission Line Easement running Southwest to Northeast across the back portion of the property. The property described herein was conveyed to Plaintiff. All persons, firms, corporations, or improvement districts that can establish any right to the real property conveyed is hereby notified to appear herein, asserting his/her/its title or interest in said property/properties and to show cause why title should not be quieted in the name of the Plaintiff, in fee simple.
