On January 4, 2010, a Deed of Trust was executed by Anne Goode (An Unmarried Person), as Grantor, to Peter Heister, Trustee, which was recorded on January 13, 2010 (Document #: 2010002156), in the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. Default has occurred in the payment of said indebtedness by the current owner(s) of the property, and the same is now therefore wholly due and owing. Beneficiary intends to sell the above trust property to satisfy the obligation; and, Tenants of the property may exist that claim an interest in the real property herein.
