The properties described herein were conveyed to MIDARK HOUSES, LLC VIA Limited Warranty Deeds, and/or Correction Warranty Deeds, if any, issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Commissioner of State Lands, State of Arkansas under the provisions of Act 626 of 1983, as amended, after the properties remained unredeemed following expiration of the time required by law. The last person, firm or corporation assessed to pay taxes on the above-described real property was James B. Rumbach, Carolyn Geneva Reese, Leonard Sheil, Marvin D. Short, Anne E. Thomas, and Rev. Roy Settles.
