On January 24, 2002, Hank Wray and Shannon E Wray executed a security instrument conveying certain property therein described to Freedom Financial Service of Arkansas, Inc.; which was recorded February 1, 2002, in Book No. 02, at Page 08519 in the real estate records of Saline County, Arkansas. A default has occurred due to the failure to make timely payments as required under the terms of the Note and indebtedness.
