AND LINDA C. SMITH JOINT REVOCABLE TRUST; and METROPOLITAN NATIONAL BANK, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. You are hereby notified that the Plaintiff, Carmalita McGee, whose attorney is Dylan J. Botteicher of Cox, Sterling, McClure & Vandiver, PLLC, 8201 Cantrell Road, Suite 330, Little Rock, Arkansas 72227, has filed a Complaint for quiet title that may involve your interest. A copy of the Complaint and Summons shall be delivered to you or to your attorney upon your request. This lawsuit involves the following properties:
Tract 1:
Lot 17, Pine Lane East, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast (SE) corner of the Northwest (NW1/4) of Section 36, Township 1 South, Range 12 West, thence proceed West 435.6 feet, for the point of beginning, thence South 500 feet to a point, thence East 469.28 feet to the point of beginning, and subject to 300 foot AP&L Transmission Line Easement running Southwest (SW) to Northeast (NE) across the North three-fourths of the property, subject to all other easements of plat or record.
Tract 2:
Lot #16, Pine Lane East Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section 36, Township 1 South, Range 12 West for a point of beginning; thence West 435.6 feet to a point; thence South 500 feet to a point; thence East 435.6 feet to a point; thence North 500 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to a 300-foot AP&L Transmission Line Easement running Southwest to Northeast across the back portion of the property. You are also notified that you must appear and defend by filing your Answer or other responsive pleading within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this Warning Order; and in the event of your failure to do so, judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint as circumscribed by the laws of this state, and you will be forever barred from answering or asserting your interest.
