Notice is hereby given that an action has been commenced by Renaissance Properties Group, LLC (“Renaissance”), in the Circuit Court of Lonoke County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Lonoke County, Arkansas: Lot Two (2), Block Two (2), Thomas Subdivision, to the Town of Lonoke, Arkansas. The property is more commonly known as 305 Thomas Circle, Lonoke, Arkansas 72086. Renaissance claims title to the lands by virtue of a Limited Warranty Deed recorded on October 11, 2024, by the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands. Any person claiming any right to the lands so described, are hereby called upon to show cause at the next term of the circuit court after publication of this notice why the title should not be confirmed.
