NOTICE IS GIVEN, that in pursuance of the authority contained in the Judgment of the Pulaski County Circuit Court, entered on February 10, 2025, (the “Judgment”), the undersigned, as Commissioner, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the Pulaski County Courthouse in Little Rock, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales at 12:00 NOON on Thursday, April 3, 2025, the following described real estate, situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas to-wit and improvements thereon: Lot Number Two (2) of Abernathy-Curtis Subdivision and being as shown on plat recorded as Plat No. D-905 of the records of Pulaski County Arkansas.
