NOTICE OF QUIET TITLE

Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Court of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm the title in the following described property located in Pulaski
County, Arkansas: Lot Two (2) of Sunnydale Subdivision, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, less and except the Northerly 10 feet of said Lot Two (2) as conveyed in a Warranty Deed, document #97-02308, corrected in document #2001035947, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. Any person claiming any title or interest of any kind to said property is hereby notified to appear herein on or before thirty (30) days from the date of this First notice filed herein to assert their title or interest in said property and to demonstrate why title to this property should not be quieted and confirmed in the Plaintiffs herein. This Circuit Court is authorized and empowered under the notice to find apparent existing liens on the real estate to be barred by the laws of limitation, laches, decree, the cancellation of liens and records thereof.
