NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On May 8, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., in City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, 2nd Floor Board Room, pursuant to the provisions of Section 31 and 36 of the Code of Ordinances, the Little Rock Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on various proposals for the following properties:
1. G-23-495 Kanis Road – Excess ROW Abandonment, located on the North side of Kanis Road, between Atkins Street and Trumpler Street ROW
2. G-23-496 E. 16th Street – ROW Abandonment, Approximately 181 feet of ROW, located immediately west of Boyce Street
3. S-1994 Lacey Court – Preliminary Plat, located at 59 Hanna Lane
4. Z-10152 Mahomes Event Center – Conditional Use Permit, located at 320 W. 7th Street
5. Z-10151 Singh Convenience Store – PD-C, located at the Northwest corner of Lawson Road & David O. Dodd Road
6. Z-10154 Serenity at Colonel Glenn – PD-R, located in the 8300 Block of Colonel Glenn Road, south side at Elmwood Drive
7. Z-10155 Lawcraft Duplex/STR-2 (2) – PD-C, located at 1724 Rice Street
8. S-1963 King’s Crossing Phase 1 - Preliminary Plat, located Southeast of the south end of Copper Drive
9. MSP-2025-02 Relocation of Arterial Street and Change to Collector, Extension of Capitol Hill Blvd., South of Pride Valley Road
10. Z-10118 Fuentes Multisectional Manufactured Home – Conditional Use Permit 8803 Bunch Road
Interested parties may participate in the public hearing to be held at the above-mentioned place and time, by registering in one of the following ways:
a. No later than 24 hours prior to the public hearing time, email written comments/written statement to lrzoning@littlerock.gov, including associated item name(s) or case number(s.) The comments/statements will be submitted for consideration to the Planning Commission.

b. The meeting may be attended in person. The meeting will be held in City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, 2nd Floor Board Room. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. For further information on meeting protocol, you may contact the Department of Planning and Development staff at (501) 371-4790, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Project applications and related information is available for visual review in the Department of Planning and Development, 723 West Markham St. Little Rock, Arkansas. Interested parties are invited to contact the Planning and Development Department by phone at (501) 371-4790 to discuss application details or make arrangements to review available information.
