American Towers, LLC is proposing to co-locate antennas at 164’ on the existing 198.9’ self support tower at 11585 Highway 59 South, Lonoke, Lonoke County, AR 72086 (Lat/Long: N 34 49 35.2, W 91 57 55.7), and utilize a proposed 10' x 15' new ground space within the existing compound. As part of this project, 30' in all directions from the existing compound and easements will be reviewed. American Towers, LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
