NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On June 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., in City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, 2nd Floor Board Room, pursuant to the provisions of Section 31 and 36 of the Code of Ordinances, the Little Rock Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on various proposals for the following properties:

1.  S-309-G Block 24, Gibralter Heights – Replat, located at the Northwest Corner of Kanis Road & Atkins Street   
 
2.  Z-9094-A Neal Duplex–Conditional Use Permit, located on the East side of the 1200 Block of Dennison Street   
 
3. Z-10153 Rash Office/Warehouse–Conditional Use Permit, located in the 11000 Block of Huron Lane    
 
4.  Z-7500-K Hamilton Station Apartments–PD-R, located North of 14524 Hwy 10     
 
5.  Z-6831-A 13608 Kanis Road–PCD, located at 13608 Kanis Road   
 
6. S-1963 King’s Crossing Phase 1-Preliminary Plat, located Southeast of the south end of Copper Drive  

7. A-350 Little Rock Port Authority, Amazon.com Services, LLC & William Stephen Keohler/William Adams Ratcliffe II – Annexation Located east of Fourche Bayou, south of 6101 Zeuber Road, west of 7001 Zeuber Road & north of Earl Lane   

Interested parties may participate in the public hearing to be held at the above-mentioned place and time, by registering in one of the following ways:

a. No later than 24 hours prior to the public hearing time, email written comments/written statement to lrzoning@littlerock.gov, including associated item name(s) or case number(s.) The comments/statements will be submitted for consideration to the Planning Commission.

b. The meeting may be attended in person. The meeting will be held in City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, 2nd Floor Board Room. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. For further information on meeting protocol, you may contact the Department of Planning and Development staff at (501) 371-4790, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Project applications and related information is available for visual review in the Department of Planning and Development, 723 West Markham St. Little Rock, Arkansas. Interested parties are invited to contact the Planning and Development Department by phone at (501) 371-4790 to discuss application details or make arrangements to review available information.
