Notice is hereby given that the Plaintiff named above filed a Petition to Confirm and Quiet Title and Complaint, instituted in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet title favor of the Plaintiff listed above to that certain tract of real property located in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, identified as Parcel Number 35R013000160 and as further described herein: THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER IN SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ONE (1) SOUTH OF RANGE TWELVE (12) WEST, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS. The property described herein was conveyed to the Plaintiff via a Quitclaim Deed from the Gordon E. Thornsberry and Evelyn Sue Thornsberry Revocable Trust, uad July 7, 2021. The parties that may have had an interest in this property are: David F. Jackson. All persons, firms, corporation, or improvement districts that can establish any right to the real property conveyed is hereby notified to appear herein, asserting their title or interest in said property and to show cause as to why title should not be confirmed and quiet in favor of the Plaintiffs above, in fee simple.
