Lot 15, Block B, Fletcher and Clark's Addition to Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.  Less and Except the North 75 feet thereof, said 75 feet being a part of the Little Rock-Pulaski Drainage District No 2.  Parcel 34L0020003600
A part of the E1/2 of the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 26, Township 1 North, Range 14 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which is 330.00 feet West and 627.00 feet North of the Southeast corner of the E1/2, SE1/4, SE1/4, NE1/4, Section 26; thence run East 100.3 feet; thence run South 198.7 feet; thence run West 100.3 feet; thence run North 198.7 feet to the Point of Beginning.  Less and Except the West 20 feet thereof to be used for a road easement.  Parcel 54R0260000908
