Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
West 1/2 of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Holt's Industrial Subdivision to the
City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more commonly known as 704 West 18th Street, North Little Rock, AR 72114,
and
Lot 34, Block 2, Tuxedo Park Addition, City of Little Rock, County of Pulaski Arkansas, which can be found on Martel Ave., Little Rock, AR 72206
The properties described herein were conveyed to Carline and Beauplant Mertilus, who received the same by limited warranty deeds issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands after the properties remained unredeemed and the time for redemption having expired. The last persons assessed to pay taxes on the above-described real property was Marvin Gist.
Any person, firm, corporation, or improvement district that can establish or claim any right, title, or interest of any kind to such property is hereby notified to appear herein to assert his title or interest in such property and to demonstrate why title to this property should not be quieted and confirmed in Carline and Beauplant Mertilus, Plaintiff herein.
