On JULY 3, 2025, an Affidavit for Collection of Small Estate by Distributee was filed with respect to the estate of JO LORENE HARRINGTON, deceased, with the Clerk of the Probate division of the Circuit Court of Faulkner County, Arkansas, under Ark. Code Ann. § 28-41-101. The legal description of the real property owned by the decedent is as follows:
All that part of the East One-fourth (E 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Eight (8) North, Range Thirteen (13) West, which lies north of a county road, containing 5 acres, more or less, LESS AND EXCEPT: Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 32, Township 8 North, Range 13 West, described as beginning at the northeast corner of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4, and run thence south 368.10 feet; thence west 142.89 feet to the point of beginning of the lands hereby conveyed; thence south 09 degrees 02 minutes 25 seconds east a distance of 385.50 feet to the center line of a county road; thence south 82 degrees west, along the center line of said road, a distance of 250 feet; thence leaving said center line run north 415.50 feet; thence east 187 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less.

A part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Thirty Two (32), Township Eight (8) North, Range Thirteen (13) West, described as follows: Begin at a point which is 110 yards west of the southeast corner of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and run thence north 530 feet to the south line of a county road; thence east along the south line of said county road a distance of 165 feet; thence south 530 feet to the south line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence west 165 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
