The decedent’s child and step-child, Chris Joyner Lovell and Kyle Douglas Lovell, filed an Affidavit for Collection of Small Estate by Distributee on July 11, 2025, pursuant to Ann. §28-41101. Among the assets owned by the decedent and listed in the Affidavit was a residence located at 25 Mary Ann Circle, Cabot, Lonoke County, Arkansas 72023, legally described as follows: Lot 44, Heights Subdivision to the City of Cabot, Lonoke County, Arkansas, less and except the following: Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 44; thence North 00 degrees 01' 40" West 71.44 feet; thence South 89 degrees 53' 15" E 95.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 01' 40" East 71.47 feet; thence North 89 degrees 53' 15" West 95.0 feet to the point of beginning. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
