On December 15, 2017, Kristin Burtts and Zaccary Burtts executed a security instrument conveying certain property therein described to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for First Arkansas Financial, Inc., its successors and assigns; which was recorded December 18, 2017, Document No. 2017-12438 with subsequent modification recorded on July 8, 2021, Document No. 2021-08921 in the real estate records of Lonoke County, Arkansas. Because of the failure to fully cure the default, the indebtedness was accelerated and is now wholly due.
