Said Mortgage was recorded on July 1, 2016 as Instrument No. 201606367 in the real property records of Lonoke County, Arkansas. Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by virtue of an assignment dated September 16, 2022 and recorded on September 26, 2022 as Instrument No. 2022-11421 in the real property records of Lonoke County, Arkansas.
