On this day is presented to the Court the Plaintiff's Motion for Service Upon Defendant by Warning Order from which it appears and the Court finds that good cause has been shown to exist and that the Summons and Motion for Contempt should be served upon the Defendant by Warning Order. Defendant shall be ordered to appear and show cause as to why he is in contempt of this Court's Order. THEREFORE, IT IS DECREED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Defendant shall be served with the Summons and Motion for Contempt by Warning Order issued by the Clerk of this Court for service in accord with the requirements set forth in A.R.C.P. 4(g).
