The properties described herein were conveyed to MIDARK HOUSES, LLC VIA Quitclaim Deed, issued pursuant to a sale conducted between Midark Houses, LLC and Chris and Joella Peregoy; Quitclaim Deed, issued pursuant to a sale conducted between Midark Houses, LLC and Damien Coughlan; Quitclaim Deed, issued pursuant to a sale conducted between Midark Houses, LLC and Brian Milleson and Margaret Lynne Caster; and Warranty Deed issued pursuant to a sale conducted between Midark Houses, LLC and Chinyere’c Tunsill; respectively. The last person, firm or corporation assessed to pay taxes on the above-described real property was Chris Peregoy, Damien Coughlan, Brian Milleson, and Chinyere’c Tunsill.
