Code Ann § 28-41-101. Gretchen Nunez, the undersigned, has been appointed Administratrix of the Estate by an Order of the Court dated August 5, 2025, with Letters Testamentary being issued on August 8, 2025. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
