Date of Death: November 6, 2025

An instrument dated March 27, 2014, was on the 18th day of December, 2025, admitted to probate as the last will and testament of the above-named decedent and Donald Dwight Segraves (more commonly known as Dwight Segraves) has been appointed as personal representative thereunder. A contest of the probate of the will can be affected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law.

All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate. Claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall also be filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of the notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit on such estate.
