On November 21, 2018, Danny Brian Leigh and Meagan Leigh executed a security instrument conveying certain property therein described to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Carrington Mortgage Service, LLC, its successors and assigns; which was recorded December 27, 2018, Document No. L201819875 with subsequent modification recorded on March 4, 2025, Document No. L202502730 in the real estate records of Faulkner County, Arkansas.
