On November 17, 2021, Bianca Sharon Nelson executed a security instrument conveying certain property therein described to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Pilgrim Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns; which was recorded November 18, 2021, Document No. 2021082671 with subsequent modification recorded on October 2, 2023, Document No. 2023052208 in the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
