Said Mortgage was recorded on January 26, 2012 as Instrument No. 201200904 in the real property records of Lonoke County, Arkansas. Said Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, NA by virtue of an assignment dated January 8, 2015 and recorded on January 26, 2015 as Instrument No. 201500653 in the real property records of Lonoke County, Arkansas.
