The undersigned was appointed personal representative of the Estate of the above-named Decedent on April 7, 2026. An instrument dated October 19, 2020, was admitted to probate as the last will and testament of the above-named Decedent, and the undersigned has been appointed personal representative thereunder. Contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law.
