Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to confirm the tax sale and quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Pulaski County, Arkansas:

CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS
The property was conveyed to Grulke Construction, LLC via a Limited Warranty Deed issued and signed by the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands. All persons, firms, corporations, or improvement districts that can establish any right or title to the real property conveyed and forfeited, and that is the subject herein, is hereby notified to appear herein asserting his/her/its title or interest in said property and to show cause as to why the tax sale of the real property should not be confirmed and title quieted in the name of the Plaintiff in fee simple.
