On March 25, 2026, an Affidavit for Collection of Small Estate by Distributee was filed with respect to the Estate of Marie Klugh, deceased, with the clerk of the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas under Ark. Code Ann. § 28-41-101. The legal description of the real properties listed in the affidavit are as follows: Commence at the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence South 28° 00’ 00” East a distance of 103.0 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue South 28° 00’ 00” East a distance of 7.0 feet; thence South 77° 00’ 00” West a distance of 380.0 feet; thence North 28° 00’ 00” West a distance of 23.0 feet; thence North 79° 00’ 00” East a distance of 384.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.13 acre, subject to right of way to a gravel county road and a gravel access road. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, properly verified, to the distributees or their attorney within three (3) months from the date of first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
