Rausch Coleman Homes announces new division sales manager

Rausch Coleman Homes would like to welcome back Maurice Taylor as the company’s new division sales manager. With almost 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, he will be in charge of sales for our Little Rock, Ark. division.

The team is very excited to work with Maurice again. He has an expansive background of leadership, including serving our country. A retired Army Master Sergeant who served in the military for 25 years, serving overseas in Germany and a tour at Fort, Ord, Calif., Maurice was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, two Army Accommodation Medals and an Army Achievement Medal.

After becoming a real estate broker, Maurice quickly became a member of the Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club for his outstanding sales performance. He was also named Realtor of the Year by the North Pulaski Board of Realtors in 2008 and Realtor of the Year by the Little Rock Board of Realtors in 2011. Maurice has served on various leadership positions in the North Pulaski Board of Realtors, the Little Rock Board of Realtors and on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Realtors Association. 

Recently, Maurice was elected as the 2015 Arkansas Realtors Association’s Secretary/Treasurer, and he serves as Past President of the Little Rock Realtors Association. Maurice is also a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Rausch Coleman is honored to add such an accomplished Realtor to the team. With a passion for teamwork and selling, we know he will do a great job managing our sales team in Little Rock.

When he’s not working, Maurice is a member of the North Little Rock City Council. He also makes a difference in the lives of young Arkansans by serving as Founder and Board Chairman of The Argenta Art Connection, an out of school program for youth.
