Kimball and Bodeman’s Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas., DEFENDANTS NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION AND QUIET TITLE ACTION Notice is hereby given that a Complaint has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Pulaski County, Arkansas: East One-third (1/3) of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), in Block One (1), C.O. Kimball and Bodeman’s Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The property described herein was conveyed to the Jeff Lee and Sherry Lee Family Trust via a Limited Warranty Deed, issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Commissioner of State Lands, State of Arkansas, under the provisions of Act 626 of 1983, as amended, after the property remained unredeemed following expiration of the time required by law. The last person, firm or corporation to pay taxes on the above described real property was Richard A. Boyce, with Jeff Lee & Sherry Lee Family Trust paying taxes after the subject conveyance and forfeiture. All persons, firms, corporations, or improvement districts that can set up, or claim, any right to the subject real property conveyed and forfeited are hereby notified to appear herein, asserting his/her/its title or interest in said properties and to show cause why the title to the real property should not be confirmed, quieted and vested in Plaintiff herein, in fee simple. A final hearing on the Complaint is hereby scheduled for Monday, October 8, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Pulaski County Circuit Court, 401 W.
