ORDINANCE NO. 21,642 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z-9359: Described as Part of the NW ¼ of Section 13, T-2-N, R-14-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying south of the Railroad right-of-way and north of the Ranch Boulevard right-of-way. Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 190 Cypress Point Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, said point lying on the southerly right-of-way line of Ranch Boulevard; thence N14°49’46”W, along the easterly right-of-way of Ranch Boulevard, a distance of 30.00 feet to the centerline of Ranch Boulevard; thence along the arc of a 300.00-foot radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing and distance of N85°44’13”E, 103.31 feet; thence N05°39’06”E, 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N05°39’06”E, 102.57 feet to a point on the south right-of-way of the Little Rock and Western Railroad; thence southeasterly along said south right-of-way, 816.0 feet; thence northwesterly to the Point of Beginning. Containing 1.60 acres, more or less: From R-2, Single-Family District, to OS, Open Space District (northeast end of Ranch Boulevard at the 8800 Block). Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof. Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
