NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On September 12, 2019, at 4:00 in the Chamber of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Second Floor, City Hall, at 500 West Markham St., pursuant to the Provisions of Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances, the Little Rock Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following proposals. Z-9423 - 200 S. Louisiana Street; Second and Louisiana Commercial Parking Lot - Conditional Use Permit. Z-3451-D - Bennett Davis Group Revised Short-form POD; located at 1300 N. Shackleford Road. Z-9449 - Northeast corner of Lawson Road and Beauchamp Road; request to rezone 1.36 acres from “R-2” Single Family District to “C-4” Open Display District. Z-9450 - 10101 Stagecoach Road; request to rezone six (6) acres from “R-2” Single Family District to “C-3” General Commercial District. Z-9446 - 4121/4123 “B” Street; Lambert Duplex - Conditional Use Permit. Z-9451 - North side of Woodrow Street, between Franklin and Riffel Streets (College Station); Brewster Multisectional Manufactured Home - Conditional Use Permit. Z-9257-A - Village at The Gateway Solar Farm Conditional Use Permit; located west of Vimy Ridge Road, north of Pleasant Hill Road. Z-8286-C - Vimy Ridge Road General Retail Store Conditional Use Permit; located south of 13,403 Vimy Ridge Road. Z-9277-A - 1224 Aldersgate multifamily Revised Conditional Use Permit; located at 1224 Aldersgate Road. LU19-16-01 - A Land Use Plan Amendment in Otter Creek Planning District at 10101 Stagecoach Road from Neighborhood Commercial (NC) to Commercial (C ) The area of affected property is subject to decrease, and the proposed new classifications are subject to a more restricted classification. For properties where a rezoning is requested, the Land Use Plan for such properties will be reviewed by the Planning staff, and the proposed land use modifications could result in a plan amendment for the site or the general area. All interested parties may appear and be heard at said time and place. The application and other pertinent data are open and available for inspection in the Department of Planning and Development, 723 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas. All interested parties are invited to review the application in said office and discuss the details with the Zoning and Code Enforcement Administrator.
