The properties described herein were conveyed to PARCEL STRATEGIES, LLC, via Limited Warranty Deed(s), and/or Correction Warranty Deed(s), if any, issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands, after the properties remained unredeemed and the time period for redemption having expired. The last person, firm or corporation assessed to pay taxes on the above described real property was:  GKissinger Properties, LLC.
