On May 17, 2007, Mae John Downs executed a Mortgage in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for American Brokers Conduit, Which was recorded May 22, 2017, in Book 07, at Page 56704, in the office of the Ex-officio recorder of Saline County, Arkansas. Default has occurred in the payment of said indebtedness, and is now wholly due. The loan is now in default. Tenants of the property may claim an interest in the real property herein. The sale will extinguish all interests in any part of the property, including existing lienholders, previous owners of the property, or tenants.
