WHEREAS, on July 18, 2008, Norma J Brown executed a security instrument conveying certain property therein described to Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation, A Subsidiary of Indy; and WHEREAS, said instrument was duly recorded July 29, 2008, Document No. 200808828, in the real estate records of Lonoke County, Arkansas; and WHEREAS, said account is in default under the terms of the note and security instrument because the borrower(s) have not maintained the subject property as their primary residence as of October 3, 2019. Because of the failure to cure the default, the indebtedness was accelerated, and is wholly due.
