On October 11, 2013, Estella H Freeman executed a security instrument in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Reverse Mortgage USA, Inc., its successors and assigns; which was recorded October 25, 2013, Document No. 2013-19441, in the real estate records of Faulkner County, Arkansas; A default has occurred due to borrower(s) have failed to pay the taxes and/or maintain insurance on the subject property.
