On August 23, 2016, Hannah Blalack executed a security instrument in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns; which was recorded August 26, 2016, Document No. 201608356, in the real estate records of Lonoke County, Arkansas. A default has occurred due to the failure to make timely payments as required under the terms of the Note and indebtedness.
