NOTICE OF QUIET TITLE ACTION-Notice is hereby given that an action has been commenced by Common Ground Properties, LLC (“Common Ground”), in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in Common Ground of eight tracts of property in Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: Lot 4, Block 408, Duvall’s Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The property is now commonly known as 515 E. 22nd Street, Little Rock, AR 72206. Common Grounds claims title to the lands by virtue of a Limited Warranty Deed recorded on June 15, 2015, by the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands.
