On September 15, 2005, William R Haney and Karen S Haney executed a security instrument in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Moore Mortgage, Inc., its successors and assigns; which was recorded September 26, 2005, Document No. 2005-21358, and modified on July 15, 2019, Document No. L201910332 in the real estate records of Faulkner County, Arkansas.
