The Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by virtue of an assignment dated December 12, 2018, and recorded on December 21, 2018, as instrument number 2018078682 in the real property records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. The Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company by virtue of an assignment dated February 2, 2021, and recorded on February 2, 2021,, as instrument number 2021007382 in the real property records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. The Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by virtue of an assignment dated July 20, 2021, and recorded on July 20, 2021, as instrument number 2021050557 in the real property records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
