On January 20, 2009, Stephen A Weger and Ethel M Weger executed a security instrument in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Primary Residential Mortgage, its successors and assigns; which was recorded January 29, 2009, Document No. 2009005996, in the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. A default has occurred due to the failure to make timely payments as required under the terms of the Note and indebtedness.
