On February 26, 2007, Leslie A Coffman executed a security instrument in favor of National City Mortgage, a division of National City Bank; which was recorded March 2, 2007, Document No. 2007016127, and modified on July 22, 2019, Document No. 2019044991 in the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
