On November 17, 2006, Charles S Harmon and Monica L Mason executed a security instrument in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for The Carroll Mortgage Group, Inc., its successors and assigns; which was recorded November 20, 2006, Document No. 2006091014 and re-recorded on November 21, 2006, Document No. 2006091550, and modified on October 24, 2018, Document No. 2018066552 in the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. A default has occurred due to the failure to make timely payments as required under the terms of the Note and indebtedness. Because of the failure to fully cure the default, the indebtedness was accelerated and is now wholly due.
