Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Saline County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described properties in Saline County, Arkansas: 26 VALEROSA LN, HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, AR 71909, and a legal description of: LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK ONE (1), LADERA SUBDIVISION, HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, SALINE COUNTY, Parcel # 605-00011-000. The property described herein was conveyed to WPT Investment LLC, & ABELS Painting Inc, via Limited Warranty Deed, and/or Correction Warranty Deed, if any, issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Arkansas Commissioner of State lands, after the property remained unredeemed and the time period for redemption having expired.
