On January 11, 2023, an Affidavit for Collection of Small Estate by Distributee was filed with respect to the Estate of WILLIAM ELMER ANTHONY, deceased, with the Clerk of the probate division of the Circuit Court of FAULKNER County, Arkansas, under Ark. Code Ann. § 28-41-101. The legal description of the real property listed in the affidavit is as follows: A tract of land measuring 210 feet square situated in the extreme northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Four (4) North, Range Thirteen (13) West, containing 1 acre, more or less. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, properly verified, to the Distributee or her attorney within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit of the estate.
