Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Data Mortgage Inc., dba Essex Mortgage by virtue of an assignment dated November 10, 2022, and recorded on November 14, 2022, as instrument number 2022-025892 in the real property records of Saline County, Arkansas. The party initiating foreclosure can be contacted at or in care of its servicer initiating foreclosure at: Data Mortgage, INC.
