The real property that is the subject of themortgage is located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and has an address of 108 Farmere Circle, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118, and is referenced by Pulaski County as tax parcel identification number 33N0320005000, and is more particularly described as Lot 49, Farmere’s Fourth Addition to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. In addition to damages and foreclosure of the mortgage, the Complaint seeks attorneys’ fees and costs. A copy of the Complaint shall be served by mail on the last known address for your designated agent for service of process and will be delivered to it or its attorney upon request. You are hereby summoned and notified that you must appear in this Court and defend by filing your answer or other response to the Complaint within thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this warning order.
