An Affidavit for Collection of Small Estate was filed on June 23, 2022. The description of the real estate owned by the decedent is as follows: 80 feet N&S by 297.92 feet E&W in SW CORNER N 1/2 NW1/4 Sect 16 Township 2 North Range 12W, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Subject to existing easements and restrictions of record, if any. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
