Notice is hereby given that a Complaint has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Pulaski County, Arkansas: THE EAST 46 FEET OF LOTS 7, 8, AND 9, BLOCK 41, JOHN BARROW ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AND THE WEST 5 FEET OF AN ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, AND 9, BLOCK 41, NOW CLOSED BY CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ORDINANCE NO. 12,391, FILED OCTOBER, 19, 1970, AND RECORDED IN BOOK 1123, PAGE 469, RECORDS OF PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS; ALSO KNOWN AS 8013 W. 35TH ST., LITTLE ROCK, AR. The property described herein was conveyed to Alto Partners 7, LLC via Quitclaim Deed from Alto Investments, LLC, filed for record in the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas on or about December 12, 2016. Alto Investments, LLC obtained ownership of the property as evidenced by a Limited Warranty Deed issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Commissioner of State Lands, State of Arkansas, under the provisions of Act 626 of 1983, as amended, after the properties remained unredeemed following the expiration of the time required by law. The last persons, firm, or corporation to pay taxes on the above-described real property was Alto Partners 7, LLC. Any person, organization, company, or other entity that can claim any right to the real property conveyed and forfeited are hereby notified to appear herein, asserting his/her/its title or interest in said properties and to show cause why the title to the real property should not be confirmed, quieted, and vested in Plaintiffs herein, in fee simple.
